For a specialized group of people, such as the elite athlete, to recover from addictions it is of the utmost importance that the counselor has an in depth understanding of addiction, as well as, the mindset of an athlete, and a comprehension of the demands asked of the athlete. No one has a better understanding than Sally Greer.

Sally Greer Sally Greer is a Certified Addiction Professional, who is in recovery herself, and a former elite junior, college, and professional tennis player. As an addiction professional she has worked with people from all walks of life and varying addictions. These clients include Drug Court, and DUI offenders, private individual patients, families, and high school aged children. Sally has been in recovery for 12 years and has the natural ability to be empathetic and compassionate as a result of her own personal experience.

As a junior player, Sally was ranked in the top three in Florida which has always been a hot bed for tennis, and had a national ranking as well. In 1972 Sally played for the University of Miami alternating between playing number 1 and 2. In 1973 she was chosen by the United States Tennis Association as Amateur of the Year and later that year turned pro. Sally was on the professional women's tennis tour for 5 years, from 1973 to 1978. Within that time she played all the grand slams, won several challenger tournaments, was ranked 29th in the United States and in the top 70 in the world.
